T455 Air Conditioning Maintenance

Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations. Repair and maintenance services of cooler groups. This tender is for a fixed price lump sum contract for the maintenance of air conditioning units, cooling units and associated plant to include filter and humidity bottle replacements for The University of Essex, Wivenhoe Park, Colchester, Essex.
This lump sum contract is to run for 3 years, with an option to extend the contract for a period of one year.
The Contractor shall be responsible for carrying out the whole of the work listed within the contract plant schedule and to maintain all in good, proper and efficient working order and condition throughout to the University of Essex satisfaction for the whole period of the contract. The Contractor shall be responsible, also, for providing an emergency breakdown repair service as defined further in the ITT.
Plant is to be maintained to the frequencies provided on the plant schedule and to the manufacturer instruction.
