The overall objective of the study is to identify, appraise and recommend effective follow-up actions at EU level with a view to implementing the operational and technical developments outlined in the AAS. In accordance with the Terms of Reference, the study has been divided into several tasks, which cover the whole range of legal, economic and regulatory elements required to realise the AAS recommendations, in particular with regard to the concepts of ATM data services and capacity on demand.
