The University of Birmingham and MTC (Manufacturing Technology Centre Limited) under the CASiM2 project is looking to award a Framework Agreement with a Supplier(s) for the provisions falling under the following Lots. Supplier(s) will be able to submit a response for either one or all Lots detailing which Lot(s) they are tendering for.
These projects will be funded by and compliant with the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) regulations.
LOT 1 Public Relations
Pre event publicity
Launch event plus 1 other larger event per year
Post event report x 2 events per year
Case Studies as and when available to be published
Editorial in relevant technology manufacturing cross sector & west midlands publications
Copywriting
Email newsletter approximately 12 a year (including subscription and unsubscribing options for companies) design copywriting & mailing to database created
Previous knowledge of the technology sector and creating technology themed case studies.
LOT 2 Lead Generation/Telemarketing
Telephone Preference Service Screening of the data
Data options for purchase of data & calling from dataset supplied by project contact
Campaign of 5 10 days calling either 5 days per month or 10 day campaigns every few months. To arrange appointments for a business engagement person to visit and follow up potential opportunities
Objective for the telemarketing is to look to achieve making approx. 24 appointments per week for the CASIM2 project Business Engagement Manager with West Midlands SMEs (Small & Medium sized enterprises) for her to look to then be able to offer support that could be provided to those companies
To feedback on progress of calls for example where companies are not interested / not ready at this time for someone to visit
LOT 3 Project Literature & Display Banners
The Objective of the requirement is to raise awareness of the CASiM2 project through creating an engaging brand with which SMEs and OEMs will identify. The brand must look clean modern resonate with technology and manufacturing sectors and the brand synergy with MTCs current visual style.
Supplier(s) will be required to create compelling literature and printed collateral for use at trade exhibitions and event and at MTC shelf life of up to 3 years along with raising awareness of the availability of simulation technologies for manufacturing businesses in the west midlands and the associated benefits.
