Framework agreement for architect services.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has spent approx. NOK 800,000 excluding VAT a year in the last two years on architect services. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.
The maximum value of the framework agreement over four years will be NOK 4.8 million excluding VAT.
