Framework agreement, external assistance related to procurements
Purpose of the procurement
The contract shall cover the contracting authority's need for external assistance related to procurements in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 no. 73 (PPA) and the Public Procurement Regulations of 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (PPR).
The contracting authority's need for external assistance must be covered in the event of a lack of capacity and/or competence in own organisation.
Further details on the procurement is given in Annex A, point 2.1.2.
The value and scope of the contract
The total estimated value of the contract: NOK 28 000 000. The given scope must be considered as an estimate and non binding for the contracting authority. The scope of the use of the framework agreement depends to a large extent on the capacity and competence of the contracting authority.
The framework agreement/contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have an exclusive option to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years, one year at a time, altogether a maximum 4 years.
