Kirjeldus: The price will be assessed on the basis of the total sum stated in the summary of price-bearing items in the quantity description.

Kriteerium: Implementation of the assignments
Liik: quality
Kirjeldus: The contracting authority will evaluate to what degree the contractor has a good, concrete and project adapted plan for implementation of the project as regards the following points, in prioritised order: > taking care of the quality in the project as a whole, and in particular on watertight structures. > HSE/HSE and the outer environment (including noise) > To ensure cleaning and tidyness of the construction area and on access roads > Progress, including that the contractor's plan to ensure progress is realistic, robust and Thoughtful. The start-up date and completion date shall be in accordance with the specified start of works and end, cf. Part II E - Deadlines and daily formulas.

Kirjeldus: The contracting authority will evaluate the following under the award criteria "Organisation": 1. Whether the contractor has an organisation adapted to the project, with clear roles and clear division of responsibility. 2. The key personnel ́s experience and formal competence. Key personnel means: Manager Site Manager Forman for waterproof concrete constructions

Kriteerium: Climate and environment
Liik: quality
Kirjeldus: The contracting authority will evaluate the following under the award criteria "Climate and environment": 1. Handling matter and transporting matter. Emphasis will be put on, among other things, whether the contractor will reduce the transport of matter in the project, short transport distance, if environmentally friendly vehicles to transport the matter, as well as reuse/reuse of matter. 2. The Contractor's commitment to safeguard environmental considerations and reduce climate emissions in the contract period, e.g. connected to products/materials and components, transport, waste minimisation and re-use. 3. Routines for reporting and following-up the offered climate and environmental choice to the builder. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the Tenderer ́s tender is binding in the execution of the contract, see part II B.2 Special contract terms, point 4.
