Descripción

The aim of the procurement is to contract one (1) company to assist the Embassy in the following areas:
— Through system-based audits, assessing the internal management, organisational structure, management of operations, as well as financial management and control of the organisations. The consultant is expected to identify eventual weaknesses and to give recommendations regarding findings and system improvements in the order of priorities and advising on the process to improve the internal structure.
— Provide input on the organisations processes of change.
— Provide training and support on how to improve or address findings and recommendations from the system-based audit.
— Assess the boardsof the organisations and provide practical recommendations on how, if needed, to improve the function of the boards.
-Assist the Embassy to monitor and follow up on the results and effectiveness of the core support to CSOs by shadowing and supporting the monitoring efforts by the programme officer in charge.
