Descripción

Elverum kommune shall undertake a full valuation of all properties in 2016 and new valuations shall operate from and including the 2017 tax year. The municipality shall enter into contract with a tenderer for the entire assignment.
The municipality uses the programme ‘Komtek Management’ in the work with the ongoing management and valuation of the property tax, and has in addition procured the programme ‘Komtek Besiktiger’ for use during the valuation.
The assignment includes (see chapter 3.5 ‘Requirement Specification’ for details):
— Necessary preparations.
— Valuation of all taxable property in the municipality, including properties that can be exempt in accordance with § 7 in the property tax law. Valuation of undeveloped properties outside of the areas regulated for development shall not be included.
— Unregistered and wrongly registered buildings shall either be registered or rectified.
— All properties shall be viewed/inspected in accordance with the requirement in the property tax law.
— All properties shall be photographed.
— Managing the municipality's software so that the sanctioned property information is registered in the property tax programmes and the land register.
— Progress of the project so that the municipality is in a position to print out property tax in accordance with the new valuations from and including the 2017 tax year.
