Descripción

Øvre Romerike Procurement Co-operation invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest where the objective is to enter into a framework agreement for purchase/leasing of coffee and drinking vending machines, including service, maintenance and accessories. The machines and accessories shall be delivered: Eidsvoll, Gjerdrum, Hurdal, Nannestad, Nes and Ullensaker municipalities.
The estimated contract value for the municipalities in 2014 was approx. 530 000 NOK, excluding VAT. At present the municipalities have approx. 26 coffee machines and 35 drinking water machines.
The number and type of machines that are located at the municipalities is unknown since this it has not be implemented a joint procurement and conducted a mapping of the extent. It is also difficult to estimate the value of the procurement as this is charged at many different accounts.
Agreements regarding coffee and drinking machines are entered into with various suppliers. This contest includes necessary replacement of old machines and requirements for machines at new locations. The contracting authority encourages the users to compare the existing agreement against a possible new agreement.
