under the direct supervision of the Heads of Delegation in the fulfilment of their mandates to manage the Delegations in accordance with existing rules and regulations, in particular as regards the proper management of the staff members, physical assets and security of the Delegations; to plan and coordinate the work of the Administration Section; to act as imprest Account Holder, Training Coordinator and member of the Security Management Teams
