Finance and Contracts Officer
To ensure ex-ante / ex-post verification of the conformity of financial operations with legality, regularity, internal procedures and sound financial management and report and ensure monitoring on commitments, expenditures and recoveries. To prepare and negotiate financial aspects of contracts and tenders on the basis of model contracts and regulatory provisions and verify the financial capacity of potential contractors. To carry out on-the-spot financial controls and provide advice, support and training.
