To provide qualified and technical assistance to delegations for infrastucture related aspects, in particular logistics of delegations other than real estate (supplies, services, tender procedures, inventory, budget, etc.) including security supplies. Ex-ante and ex-post control of application of administrative procedures in delegations. Based on contractual obligations and consumptions of previous years, preparation and monitoring of budget of the delegations in charge for infrastructure issues.
