Policy Assistant - EIB Co-location Assistant
Under the supervision of the co-location manager, the EIB Co-location assistant will: Be the main contact point at IBS.4 for all matters related to the EIB; Participate in the management and coordination of all co-location aspects of the EEAS' Building policy, with an emphasis on projects with the EIB; Coordinate the drafting and follow-up of legal documents, mainly with the EIB, notably the Service-Level Arrangement and other Administrative Arrangements; Liaise with the other sectors of IBS.4 (Infrastructure and Budget & finance) relevant Divisions at EEAS HQ (security, HR, IT, etc.) and in EU Delegations involved in the development and implementation of co-location projects mainly with the EIB; Participate to relevant meetings with the different co-location partners and mainly with the EIB.
