Financial Assistant
- to deal with the financial aspects of colocation (forecast of revenues, pre information notices, recovery orders, analysis of revenues); - to assist with the drafting of the legal documents (Administrative Arrangements et al.) laying out the terms and conditions of the colocation between a Member State or other European partners in any given Delegation; - to monitor budgetary execution and ensure proper accounting of the financial transactions; - to liaise with the horizontal EEAS Divisions in charge of Budget and Finance and Contracts, with the external stakeholders and the EU Delegations worldwide. - Ensure that the costs calculations are accurate and up-to date and that the sharing of cost amongst customers is fair. - Develop follow-up tables to monitor the recovery situation and effective reporting for management. - Contribute to horizontal issues and projects of the Division (in particular work with colleagues and services to develop and implement common procedures and methods for financial management).
