Tips and best practice examples from the European Commission Representation in France
This publication is intended mainly to journalists to respond to stereotypes and criticism of the press against the European Union based on wrong or misleading data. The fact sheets are meant for France and are therefore not always usable for other Member States. However, they can serve as inspiration for other representations to produce their own fact sheets, if they should find them useful. This publication is quite expensive to produce, so the Representation prefers to limit it to specific target audiences in the framework of their professional activities and as work tools. Our « Europe-Direct » relays and our European Documentation Centres (« EDCs ») are also recipients of this document to make it known and share the link on the EU Publications website with the downloadable version. We manage the entire stock directly from our warehouse in Paris. The EU Publications Office is currently preparing a new version in A5 format.
This notebook printed in Poland is a promotional material. We also keep all the stock in Paris, as we are saving it for our press conferences or for citizens’ dialogues (implying the presence of a Commissioner or other VIP).
- The postcards
With a stock at OP’s logistics provider (Arcania-Paragon) of 29 500 copies by postcard, they are reserved for our 49 Europe Direct centres in France, so 500 copies per postcard per centre. We will use multi-address orders (MAO) to distribute them – via the OP:
