Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of passenger cars to the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łódź, divided into four parts. 2. The contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative selection of the contractor whose tender was the highest scored, as regards the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure (Art. 1 of the PPP). 3. As a result of the application of the Rule 139(1) procedure, 1, The Ordering Party does not require the submission of the declaration referred to in art. 1uPzp.The Ordering Party will demand this declaration only from the contractor whose offer will be the highest rated. 4. On the basis of Art. 257 pt. 1 of the Public Procurement Office, the Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure.
