Description

The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the performance of inspections of annual flood embankments and weirs on the premises of the Zgorzelec Watershed Management Board, divided into parts: part I – NW Lubsko, part II – NW Zgorzelec in accordance with Article 62 sec. 1(1) and (2). The protocols must be signed by persons performing independent technical functions in the construction industry (with appropriate building qualifications). Assessment of the technical condition of hydrotechnical facilities should be prepared in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge, technical requirements and applicable legal provisions, in particular: Construction Law Act of 07 July 1994, Water Law Act of 20 July 2017.
