Description

New award of the service concession for an exclusive advertising right on public (dedicated) and fiscal areas of the city of Chemnitz (city) as well as areas of Chemnitzer Verkehrs-AG (CVAG) in connection with passenger shelters (hereinafter FGU). The city acts as a contracting authority. The subsequent concession agreement is concluded on three sides between the city, CVAG and the concessionaire. Further details will be communicated to the tenderers in the later negotiated procedure. The external advertiser is permitted to construct, maintain/operate and use the maximum numbers and formats of advertising media specified within the scope of the concession, subject to the granting of the building permits required in individual cases, at the defined locations in accordance with the contract.
