The following steps are included in the list of architects’ services requested:
1. design phase: the full contract for the production of a comprehensive preliminary design for shops and offices and the architectural part of the output specifications;
2. engineering: at this stage, the architect and constructor will move to the DBM consortium and, on that side, will be responsible for further developing the design declaration:
— the offices part and the constructive casco (including commercial facilities) will be further developed by the DBM consortium up to DO and tender specifications,
— for the part of shops, the VO will be developed up to DO and tender specifications under the terms of Multi’s mission, in collaboration with architect and installation adviser.
