Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup drobnego i jednorazowego sprzętu medycznego, szczegółowo opisanego w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia zawartym w załączniku nr 2 do Specyfikacji Istotnych Warunków Zamówienia. Przedmiot zamówienia fabrycznie nowy, niepowystawowy, instrukcja obsługi w języku polskim. Wykonawca na ryzyko i koszt własny winien dostarczyć przedmiot zamówienia do Zamawiającego. Wykonawca gwarantuje, że oferowane wyroby medyczne objęte przedmiotem zamówienia spełniają wymagania określone w ustawie z dnia 20 maja 2010 r. o wyrobach medycznych (t.j. Dz.U. z 2020 r. poz. 186).
