Description

The subject of the services is the acquisition, transport and recovery of municipal waste paper from separate collection in the rural district of Havelland. The purpose of this procurement procedure is to select the companies with which framework agreements for the lots will be concluded. Undertakings under a framework contract are subsequently entitled to apply for the individual contracts for the recycling of waste paper during the tendering period following the reopening of competition (the so-called mini-competition). The specific contracts will be awarded for a period of 7 months. The subject of the framework contracts for each lot is the exploitation of 4 7-month individual batches (per lot 1 3 100 to 3 900 Mg, Lot 2 1 400 to 1 800 Mg).
