Description

Invitation letter.
The buyer/Øresundsbro Konsortiet hereby invites you, in accordance with the supporting documents and documents attached thereto, to apply for an expression of interest in the tendering procedure and to submit a tender for an invitation to tender.
Type of contract;
This contract is a framework contract (a contract concluded to determine all the conditions for calling/requisition made during a given period).
Scope.
We are looking for a strategic partner to advise on the Øresundsbron’s integrated communication platform, including branding, marketing, media counselling (with external media office), public relations and information at a strategic, tactical and operational level. Communication takes place mainly in the Öresund region and in Swedish and Danish.
Direct and intermediate services are estimated at DKK 10 000 000 per year. Period of cooperation: 2 years, renewable for another 2 years.
The mission consists of advice, planning, (part) production and performance of external communication.
Contracting entity/orders.
Contracting entity means Øresundsbro Consortiet. This tender will preferably be handled by Øresundsbro Konsortiet, Marketingafdelingen, Nina Thestrup Wulff, Marketingchef.
