The subject-matter of the contract for each of the lots (OP 1, OP 2 and OP 3) shall include at least the following tasks: control of plans for temporary traffic organization in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation; approval of the materials used on the site and the documents generated in the course of construction; carrying out a documentary and physical check of the construction process; approval of detailed methods of execution of construction and installation works, as well as their scope, before their commencement; assessment and certification of the completed construction and installation works; consulting with the Assignor on all orders for change and obtaining its prior written approval before ordering changes, as well as consulting with the Assignor on all matters where this is required under the contractual terms of the engineering contract; ongoing review and approval of the reports and payment requests of the builder, issuance of payment certificates; overall control and storage of all documentation for the execution of the engineering contract; review and approval of operations manuals and staff training programmes for OP 3 only; performing all necessary activities for the purpose of acceptance of the site - review of all required documentation, review of the execution of the construction, the condition of the construction site and the surrounding area, scheduling a meeting for signing a statement of findings establishing the suitability for acceptance of the construction with act 15; issue of an acceptance certificate; preparation of the documentation for the issuance of a permit for use in accordance with Regulation No 2 of 31 July 2003 on the commissioning of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum guarantee periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction sites, including the preparation of a final report under Article 168(6) of the Spatial Development Act and a technical construction passport in accordance with Article 176a of the Spatial Development Act and Article 11 of Regulation No 5 of 2006 on technical construction passports; period for notification and rectification of defects - carrying out monthly inspections and inspections of the work on the site, establishing possible defects, preparation and giving instructions for their rectification; issue of certificate(s) for execution, submission of the archives to the Assignor and preparation of a final report under the contract for exercising construction supervision and performing functions of FIDIC Engineer.
