Description

The procurement procedure is carried out for the purpose of concluding a contract between the contracting authority and the selected supplier, the subject of which is the supply of devices for flow measurement: Part 1 of the LP: ADCP for measuring large flows - Remotely controlled float to existing types of ADCP - number of 1 pcs. ADCP for measuring small flows - ADCP for measuring small flows - number of 2 pcs. Flow measuring instruments using the fluorescence method - Flow measuring instruments using the fluorescence method - number of1 pcs The filling includes delivery including accessories, documentation and manuals, which must be written in Czech, transport, acquaintance of the operator with the technique, hardware and software warranty. The operation of the acquired devices will be ensured by individual branches and workplaces of the CHMI. The supplier shall ensure the delivery of the equipment to the location designated by the contracting authority and shall put the equipment into full operation, which shall be confirmed by a handover protocol. The contracting authority requires that the performance must include a two-year warranty service for the equipment supplied. The public contract is 100 % financed by the European Union through the Operational Programme Environment (“Subsidy Programme”) under the project “Building and modernising a comprehensive forecasting service system” (Project No CZ.05.01.03/05/23_050/0003726) (“Project”). The contracting authority divided this contract into three separate lots. A tenderer may submit a tender for one, two or all lots. Tenders for each lot will be assessed and evaluated separately in accordance with Section 101(1) of the Act. The contracting authority may therefore select as the most suitable bidder for one, two or all lots pursuant to Section 101(2) of the Act.
