Description

In 2026 verlaat de VRT na 60 jaar het welbekende omroepcentrum voor een nieuw, modern mediagebouw. We zijn op zoek naar een specialist in activiteitsgebaseerd werken en veranderingsmanagement, die de uitdaging wil aangaan om onze organisatie te begeleiden in de overgang naar het nieuwe VRT-huis, en de nieuwe werkomgeving waar we op een andere manier zullen werken en waar we gebruik gaan maken van nieuwe technologieën en nieuwe productiemethodes. De opdracht bestaat erin om de organisatie te begeleiden doorheen dat veranderingsproces naar de nieuwe werkomgeving.
