The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018, item 2129, as amended ‘The Forests Act’) covering work on forest breeding and conservation, harvesting and scraping of timber, fire protection, tourism development, grassland-agricultural management, nurseries, hunting, seed and selection work, as well as works on woods, secondary use of the forest and maintenance of roads and water and drainage facilities to be carried out in the Płytnica Forest District in 2020.
