Description

Hankinnan kohteena ovat Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy:n tilaamat rakennustekniset työt. Työt ovat pääsääntöisesti kunnossapitotöitä, luonteeltaan lyhytkestoisia, noin muutaman päivän mittaisia. Työt toteutetaan pääasiassa toiminnassa olevissa kohteissa; osa painottuu koulujen ja päiväkotien loma-aikoihin. Tilaaja tekee edellä kuvattuja töitä myös omalla henkilöstöllään. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen: - Osa-alue 1: Rakennustekniset työt: Keskusta ja Itä-Tampere - Osa-alue 2: Rakennustekniset työt: Etelä- ja Länsi-Tampere Tarjoaja voi tarjota joko toista tai molempia osa-alueita.
