Description

On the grounds of the fire brigade academy of the fire brigade Hamburg, Bredowstraße 4 in Hamburg, parcel 876, a training and training building is being built parallel to Bredowstraße and adjacent to the Tidekanal. The gross floor area of the planned building is approximately 1,843 m2. The static construction of the three full storeys is designed for the option of adding two more storeys. The foundation takes place as a deep foundation with bored piles. All components that come into contact with the earth are designed as a "white tub with a WU concrete". On the ground floor are the functional areas of a rescue station for the exercises in real operation. These include a vehicle hall with adjustment options for four ambulances and a separate disinfection barrier with adjoining auxiliary rooms. Two staircases and an elevator, handicapped accessible and suitable for a stretcher, open up the two upper floors. On the upper floors are the simulation rooms with control rooms, group rooms, lecture halls ancillary rooms for preparation as well as storage and
Technical areas. The disinfection barge on the ground floor is designed as a disinfection barge with adjoining rooms. There are special structural requirements for this area. The roof area is given a green roof with solar systems. On the roof area there are still technical systems, such as ventilation systems. For the use of geothermal energy, geothermal probes are installed in the immediate vicinity of the new building in the outdoor facilities as part of the new building during the ongoing construction process.
