This invitation to tender concerns the procurement of works for the restoration of the Les Granges quarry and the grubbing-up compensation for the Le Locle project in Bas-du-Reymond (Municipality of La Chaux-de-Fonds). The aim of the work is, among other things, the restoration of the Les Granges quarry after its securing and the felling/rotation work, which will be carried out as an urgent measure (SoMa) between 2022 and 2025. The main objectives are the integration into the landscape, the compensation of the affected forest habitats on site, the restoration of habitats suitable for biodiversity and the restoration of temporary areas at the summit of the quarry at the site « Les Roches Voumard ». The planned measures are as follows: - moving and laying of soil and subsoil bearings on the terraces of the quarry; - spreading of seeds (including maintenance for 5 years); - planting trees and shrubs (including maintenance for 5 years); - creation of biological structures; - laying of dry stone walls (approx. 340m); - decommissioning and removal of the existing construction tracks and construction site access points, realisation of the definitive access to the quarry; At Bas-du-Reymond: Planting of a forest area of approx. 1400 m2 (including maintenance for 5 years) and construction of wildlife fences.
