Description

Vooraankondiging Europese aanbesteding: Document & Record Management Systeem (DMS & RMA) In het voorjaar van 2025 zal de Provincie Gelderland een Europese aanbesteding publiceren voor de aanschaf van een Document & Record Management Systeem (DMS & RMA). De provincie zoekt één geïntegreerde Software as a Service (SaaS-)oplossing voor zowel documentmanagement als recordsmanagement, waarmee de efficiëntie en compliance van de informatiehuishouding kunnen worden versterkt. De aanbesteding wordt naar verwachting midden mei 2025 gepubliceerd. Dit onder voorbehoud van een eventuele uitloop in de planning. Hierin zullen wij rekening houden met de vakantieperiode. Met deze vooraankondiging willen wij marktpartijen tijdig informeren over onze behoefte en de te verwachten aanbestedingsprocedure. De geselecteerde oplossing dient te voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving en aan de specifieke eisen van de Provincie Gelderland, met bijzondere nadruk op gebruiksvriendelijkheid, veiligheid en flexibiliteit. De aanbestedingsdocumenten zullen beschikbaar worden gesteld via Mercell. Geïnteresseerde leveranciers kunnen zich daar registreren om deel te nemen aan de aanbesteding. Wij nodigen leveranciers uit zich voor te bereiden en kijken uit naar voorstellen die bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendig en effectief document- en recordsmanagement.
