Description

Aufgabe des Auftragnehmers als Generalunternehmer ist es, die Innenausbauleistung inkl. der technischen Installationen und der Ausstattung nach einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung, welcher die Ausführungs- und Leitdetailplanung der Objektplanung Innenraum und der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung beiliegt schlüsselfertig, zu erbringen. Hierzu zählen auch Koordinations- und Bauleitungsleistungen. Bemusterungen sowie Planungsleistungen entsprechend den Anforderungen der HOAI für die Objektplanung und die technische Ausrüstung.
Die Bauleistung aus vg. Titel A und B erstrecken sich über 2 Bauabschnitte.
