Description

In a context of strong population growth and with a young population, the Commune of Viry (74) wishes to create a new school group near the town hall, in connection with the existing ones. This project was born from a decision of elected officials following a competition of ideas conducted by the municipality in 2021. The project will include 18 elementary classes as well as an extension of the existing refectory for elementary classes. It will be carried out in two phases: - In a first phase, 14 classes will be carried out (as well as the ancillary premises necessary for the operation of the establishment). - In a second phase, the school catering, the gym and the 4 remaining classes will be built. The two phases will be interspersed for 4 years while the relocation project of the current town hall is carried out. Only one EOM contract will be awarded, which will be responsible for the design of the entire project, but there will be two consultations for works contracts (one per phase).
