The purpose of the consultation is to award a project management contract awarded in part according to an ordinary contract and in part according to the form of a single-award framework agreement to subsequent contracts, for the performance of project management missions and assistance relating to the restoration operations of the former bishopric - park of the bishopric in Amiens as follows - a part concluded in the form of an ordinary contract awarded at a global and fixed price for the diagnostic phase, - a part concluded in the form of a framework agreement executed exclusively by the conclusion of subsequent contracts on the basis of the provisions of Articles L 2125-1 and R 2162-1 to R 2162-12 of the Code de la Commande Publique (CCP), relating to the project management mission for the restoration works of the former bishopric - park of the bishopric in Amiens.
