Description

As part of the International Garden Exhibition Metropole Ruhr 2027, the city of Hamm intends to implement the IGA Hamm 2027 project, which is affiliated to the nationally well-known Maximilian Park, which emerged from the 1984 State Garden Show. In order to qualify and implement the contribution of the City of Hamm to the IGA, the landscape planning services described in more detail in the specifications and further procurement documents are awarded together with a structural task, whereby a lot of awarding takes place (see below).
Approximately 3.8 hectares of development area are available for the qualification area IGA Hamm 2027. A first rough draft concept is available. On the basis of this draft, a more detailed qualification is to be carried out and implemented.
The subject of this procurement procedure is the lot-by-lot award of the architect's design for the service specifications buildings (lot 1) and outdoor facilities (lot 2). It is envisaged that phases 2 to 9 will be phased in gradually (see section 2.11 on the two lots for more details).
