The contracting authority intends to conclude framework agreements for the supply of spare parts for the Autovision BEE III cinemometer. Currently, at the D.A.L.I. level, there is no framework agreement in force for Autovision BEE III kinemometer spare parts. In this context, the contracting authority envisages the conclusion of framework agreements for all 15 lots. The framework agreements will have a validity of 15 months and will enter into force after signature by both parties. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders - 18 days. Subsequent contracts will be concluded without reopening of competition between economic operators that are signatories to the framework agreement.
