Description

The state of Berlin, represented by the district office Mitte / Jugendamt, intends to renovate and modernize the existing building KREATIVHAUS. The subject of this call for tenders is the gradual commissioning of the technical planning of technical building equipment in accordance with §§53 et seq. HOAI for the required plant groups. Built in 1972, the building (formerly DDR-Kita-Typenbau) covers an area of 2,827 m2 and has since been used as a cultural and meeting place as well as a theatre pedagogical centre. It also houses a district center. The still open measures of a previous refurbishment as well as additional refurbishment and modernization work on the creative house are to be implemented during the ongoing operation.
