Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract includes: services consisting of the preparation of technical documentation and energy advice on improving energy efficiency under the programme: European Local Energy Assistance (ELENA), implemented in cooperation with the European Investment Bank, taking into account accessibility requirements for people with disabilities and design for all users. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: “SOPZ”) is Annex 2 to the SWF. 3. The Ordering Party will implement the subject of the contract in the scope of: basic (guaranteed), – optional, if you exercise the right of option. The scope and conditions of performance of the contract in the option law are indicated in Section 5: Tab:OPTIONS, OPTION DESCRIPTION.Warranty period for developed technical documentation: 36 months. The deadline for the execution of the contract is:from the date of signature of the Agreement until 30.10.2026
