Description

The Campus License includes the right to unlimited deployment of Oracle products, following the guidelines of the Framework Agreement with Oracle to improve conditions and extend them in the future. Through this framework agreement, the Programmes listed in the technical specifications are made available to universities. Oracle license products allow the use of Oracle relationship databases for the storage of university data, as well as the entire set of tools for the development of applications, such as APEX, PL/SQL, Forms, etc. … For years, the Information and Communications Systems Area has contracted the maintenance of the Oracle Database, for the machines installed in that area and that support the university's computer applications. Oracle is the leading database product in the database industry making this product optimal for data storage and application development work. The UPV has worked with Oracle for more than 30 years and has developed countless products and applications that need to be maintained.
