France-Paris: Textile-cleaning services
The contract is a mono-successful framework agreement setting out all the terms of the contract.
It covers cleaning and maintenance services for university roofs and dresses, their flakes and hermines, and other textile articles, including work, safety and medical articles, as and when required by the University Panthéon-Assas Paris II.
The services include on-site collection, removal if necessary, dry-cleaning, ironing, minor repairs and packaging.

Lot 1 is dedicated to university roofs.
Lot 2 is dedicated to various textile articles, including work clothing, safety clothing and medical infirmer textiles.
The contract shall take effect from the date of its notification, for a period of 1 years, which may be renewed expressly for 3 times, but may not exceed a total duration of 4 years.
The contract is awarded in accordance with the adapted procedure, in accordance with Articles 27, 34, 78 and 80 of Decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement.
It shall be carried out on the basis of unit prices, by means of order forms issued as and when needed, without a minimum and up to a maximum of EUR 90 000 excluding tax over its overall duration, including renewals.
The contract for all lots is estimated at EUR 25 000 net of tax over its overall duration of 4 years.
A call for competition was carried out by emails sent on 24.1.2018 to 6 companies.
