Description

The object of the contract is the provision of the maintenance service of urban systems that are the responsibility of the department of Via Pública of the City of Vendrell and provide logistics services to the same City Council and to the various events it organizes. The tasks are included in the following generic groups: Transfers of furniture, movements of archives and documentation, movement of exhibition material and any other interdepartmental transport. Vertical signage and horizontal signage tasks (road painting). Make any kind of repairs that require immediacy or action that disarticulates a situation of danger. Logistic tasks of assembling scenarios, moving tables and chairs for events, moving fences and any other element that is necessary for the nature of the event. Prepare the necessary logistics for electoral countesses. Assembly tasks shall not be performed where there are materials or structures that are not properly approved. Reservation: this contract is reserved to Special Social Initiative Centres, in accordance with the fourth additional provision of the LCSP.
