Description

To design the new child centre Chaam, the contracting authority is looking for an architect. Which will carry out at least the following activities: The contract concerns the manufacture of: • A Preliminary Design; • A Final Design; • A technical design (cuts and drawings); • Drawings and calculations associated with the environmental permit application; • Execution drawings for the exporting party(ies); • Drawings for the application for an environmental permit for fire-safe use; • The necessary consultation moments with the client. • Furthermore, we expect the architect at the time of the execution to visit construction meetings and work meetings and, where necessary, assess dimensions and alternatives. • At the time of the execution, the architect visits construction meetings The size of the child center is approximately 5000 m2BVO
