Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie przebudowy istniejącego lodowiska „Jastor” w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju. Przebudowa będzie obejmowała: 1.wzmocnienie istniejącej konstrukcji stalowej obiektu, 2.wprowadzenie nowego systemu wentylacji i klimatyzacji zawierającego osuszanie powietrza, 3.modernizację układu technologii chłodu poprzez wymianę wszystkich urządzeń systemu wraz z wykonaniem nowej płyty lodowiska. 4.termomodernizacja obiektu poprzez wymianę wszystkich ścian zewnętrznych, dachu, 5.wprowadzenie systemu fotowoltaiki 6.modernizację układu centralnego ogrzewania (wprowadzenie ogrzewania podłogowego). 7.nowe pomieszczenia na piętrze budynku tj.: pomieszczenia biurowe, siłownia, pomieszczenie do ćwiczeń bramkarskich itd.
