The object of the procurement is the procurement of a complete set of patient information systems for state mental hospitals (Niuvanniemi Hospital and Vanha Vaasa Hospital) as a service, as defined in the request for participation and its appendices. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the request for participation and its annexes, in particular in the annex "General description of the subject of the procurement". The contract period is for an indefinite period. Both hospitals will have their own contract. After the implementation of the Patient Information System, the contract may be terminated in accordance with the terms of the contract. Each hospital is its own registrar.
