Description

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of the patient information system package of the state mental hospitals (Niuvanniemi Hospital and Vanha Vaasa Hospital) as a service as defined in the request for participation and its annexes. The subject of the contract is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes, in particular in the Annex "General description of the subject of the contract". The contract period is valid until further notice. Both hospitals will have their own contracts. After the implementation of the Patient Information System, the contract may be terminated in accordance with the terms of the contract. Each hospital has its own registrar. The object of the procurement is two separate systems that serve partly different purposes. The systems must be differentiated from each other. The extent of the use of the patient information system is described in the appendix General description of the procurement.
