Description

The Matriculation Examination Board (later the Contracting Entity) requests tenders in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The target of the procurement is the USB flash drives needed for the matriculation examination (20,000 in 2024 + an additional order of possibly 5,000 in 2025 and 5,000 in 2026). The goods to be procured are described in more detail in Annex 1 ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’. Tenderers must attach the following additional annexes to their tender: 1) Annex 4. Price form completed 2) Appendix 6. Subcontractors, if the tenderer uses subcontractors in connection with this procurement. The tenderer must deliver a sample of 25 USB flash drives to the Matriculation Examination Board at Hakaniemenranta 6, 00530 Helsinki. Samples of products shall be delivered to the contracting entity and shall be available to the contracting entity no later than the closing date for the submission of tenders. If the tenderer has not submitted the required samples by the deadline, the tender must be rejected as contrary to the invitation to tender. Detailed instructions for the submission of a batch of samples are set out in Annex 3. "Product Sample Delivery, Scoring and Testing Guidelines". The draft contract attached to the invitation to tender (Annex 5) specifies in more detail the terms on which the Supplier will offer the goods specified in this contract and its annexes to the Customer.
