Description

This contract is a multi-year standing supply procurement contract. It is a framework agreement concluded with a single contractor for the benefit of the entities identified in point 3 of TITLE II of these special specifications. These entities will place orders with the successful tenderer of the framework agreement as and when their own needs arise. The subject of this contract is the supply and delivery of the following equipment: • Desktops and laptops; • Accessories: mouse, keyboard, VESA adapter, docking station, digital and electric cables; • Monitor/screen; • Any spare part compatible with the above-mentioned types of items (internal hard drive, graphics card, memory strip, etc. …); • Bags and carrying cases; • Case for ultra-portable computers (ultrabook sleeve, carrying bag, …). It also covers the guarantee and all services associated with the purchase of such equipment. These supplies and services are set out in more detail in Title V on ‘TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS’ of these special specifications.
