Description

The purpose of the contract is to carry out an initial and periodic suitability check of the material location, i.e. the information poles in the network of OSY S.A. and to repair or replace it, depending on its technical condition or due to the occurrence of events during the duration of the contract, in order to maintain its safe and fully functional condition. In particular, the Contractor shall, within the contractual period: The Contractor shall, within forty (40) days of the conclusion of the contract, make a complete record of the technical condition of the physical location (notification posts and plates). Subsequently, the Contractor will carry out the technical maintenance and restoration of the location material installed on the road network operated by the vehicles of OSY SA on the basis of the findings of the technical report, where the need for its repair/replacement will arise. In addition, the Contractor is required to comply with the instructions issued to the OASA SA by the OASA SA. In the current situation, the Location Material installed on the OSY road network is divided into three (3) types of information poles: 1. Bus station signposting and information post name as well as passing bus lines, 2. Signpost - arc information (driver information for turning) bus and finally, 3. Signpost – information prohibiting stopping/parking of a vehicle, due to the passage of a bus. The number of the above-mentioned Position Material, according to the latest data from the OASA stop code file, amounts to 9,052 stop pillars, 900 beam arc pillars and 1,100 parking-prohibition pillars. The O.C.S. AE does not make available detailed data of the current status of the Material Position to the tenderers economic operators as it is the subject of the contract to be awarded. The poles that will be replaced as well as those that will be repaired will arise after the initial suitability check that will be prepared by the Contractor and approved by the RSI. A.E. and up to the maximum number provided below. The estimated value of the contract is: 1. Carrying out an initial recording/mapping check in two (2) phases: A Ring 15,000.00€ B Balance Section 45,000.00€ and for two (2) years carrying out a four-monthly periodic check (in addition to the initial one, i.e. 5 four-months) of the technical condition of the Material Position of the RSI. S.A. with a value of €35 000.00 for each audit and a total value of €235 000.00, plus 24% VAT. The initial audit will be carried out in two phases within a total of forty (40) days. The first phase within ten (10) calendar days from the signing of the contract for the Site Material located within the ring of the city of Athens as provided for by Article 52 of Law 2696/1999 (CPC) in conjunction with Decision No 195948/7.10.2024 of the Ministers for Citizen Protection, Infrastructure and Transport, Environment and Energy and Digital Governance (Government Gazette, Series II, No 5627) and the second phase within the next thirty (30) calendar days from the signing of the contract for the remaining Site Material located outside the area of the first phase and a relevant report will be submitted to the RSI upon completion of the check of each phase, accompanied by a photograph indicating a geolocation of each site material. 2. Replacement of bus stop signage and stop name information poles as well as passing bus lines after placing a new digital information sticker on panels of thin thickness (from 2mm to 3mm) and low weight (Etalbond material) or equivalent, regardless of pole height and excavation depth (full work), value of € 330.00 per pole and a total of up to 500 poles for the entire contractual period, value of € 165,000.00 plus VAT 24% 3. The replacement of signposting posts - information on the arc of a bus (driver information for turning) and their plate, regardless of height, pole and depth of excavation (full work), value of € 240,00 per pole and a total of up to 110 posts for the entire contractual period, value of € 26,400,00 plus VAT 24% 4. The replacement of signposts - information prohibiting stopping/parking of a vehicle and their signpost, due to the passage of a bus, regardless of height, pole and excavation depth (full work), with a value of €240,00 per pole and a total of up to 90 poles for the entire contractual period, with a value of €21,600,00 plus VAT of 24% 5.
