Description

Entreprenaden omfattar organisation av insamling av farligt avfall i Boxholm, Mjölby, Motala, Vadstena, Ydre och Ödeshögs kommuner enligt vid varje tillfälle gällande Miljöbalk (1998:808), Avfallsförordning (2020:614, eller eventuell kommande författning som ersätter denna) och övrig svensk lagstiftning. Entreprenaden avser ej insamling av olja från oljeavskiljare, tryckimpregnerat virke, elavfall (med undantag av ackumulatorblyskrot) eller farligt avfall där omhändertagande ingår i inköpet av produkten. Entreprenören ombesörjer lastning, transport, sortering, klassificering, framtagande av transportdokument och vidaretransport till godkänd slutbehandlingsanläggning. Entreprenör ombesörjer rapportering till naturvårdsverkets avfallsregister (enligt NFS 2020:5 eller eventuell kommande författning som ersätter denna).
