Description

As a result of a public procurement procedure, the contracting authority intends to procure 11 000 new school bags, distributed by 50% boys and 50% girls. The contracting authority concludes the framework contract for a total of 11 000 school bags by committing to drawdown 70 % of the total quantitative limit (i.e. 11 000 school bags), i.e. 7 700 school bags. The Contracting Authority does not undertake any drawdown obligation to purchase the remaining 3 300 school bags. Drawing from the framework contract shall be carried out by means of ad hoc orders. For the sole purpose of facilitating the submission of tenders in the course of this procurement procedure, the contracting authority informs, for information purposes, that it is foreseeable that in the first ad hoc order the quantity covered by the drawdown obligation (i.e. 7 700 school bags) will be drawn down.
