Description
As a result of a public procurement procedure, the contracting authority intends to procure 11 000 new school bags, distributed by 50% boys and 50% girls. The contracting authority concludes the framework contract for a total of 11 000 school bags by committing to drawdown 70 % of the total quantitative limit (i.e. 11 000 school bags), i.e. 7 700 school bags. The Contracting Authority does not undertake any drawdown obligation to purchase the remaining 3 300 school bags. Drawing from the framework contract shall be carried out by means of ad hoc orders.
