Description

remplacement de la solution autocommutateur de la Ville d'Avignon. La consultation porte sur un lot unique, décomposé en deux postes techniques : Poste 1 (forfaitaire) : Coeur de l'infrastructure et sites principaux; Poste 2 (à bons de commande) : Centre d'appels - sites critiques et sites standards. Pour le Poste 2, conformément à l'article 77 du Code des marchés publics, la consultation donnera lieu à un marché à bons de commande (accord-cadre au sens du droit communautaire) sans minimum et sans maximum sur la durée du marché.
