Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of a hot packaged mixture (ACO 8, ACO 11, ACO 11S, ACP 16) for a total volume of 21000 tonnes. The CA is divided into 3 parts. Therefore, the contracting authority lists 3 places of performance, namely the districts: Karlovy Vary (10200 tonnes), Sokolov (6800 tonnes) and Cheb (4000 tonnes). The contracting authority shall be entitled to order only such quantity as it needs for its own use and shall not be obliged to withdraw the entire quantity. The detailed specification is set out in the Tender Specifications (TA).
